Deadlines in Mastering
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DEADLINES AND RELEASE DATES!!!!
To ensure we can help you meet your deadlines, it is required that you inform us of any and all deadlines or release dates prior to scheduling your mastering session.
WWSM is not responsible for making last minute deadlines. If we are unaware of your release dates and deadlines - it's difficult for us to make things happen during the last few days of your session. It is important for you to let us know this information when you schedule your project with us - this makes it easier for us to allow time in the schedule to ensure we can help you get things finished on time!
We would also ask that you not commit to any deadlines or release dates after scheduling your mastering session, without calling us to discuss it with us first.
All deadlines must be submitted to WWSM via email and approved/agreed upon in an emailed response, dated and named by WWSM employee. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via email or phone.
